What confused me was when I would run the looking-glass test while experiencing this issue, it was showing me packet loss of up to 100%.

I was advised by a guildmate that perhaps the issue falls on my cpu, who went through a similar experience, perhaps overheating causing this issue and not my internet, and I’m beginning to wonder if this is indeed not an internet issue but a cpu issue. Usually if I exit the game and restart it I will be fine for a few minutes before it spikes back again usually as soon as I join a battleground or arena. The issue: my Latency will spike drastically, sometimes upwards of 2999, both on home and world, to the point where my abilities and spells will not activate, however I am able to chat, type in chat, see new chat messages coming in from guild and instances, but my character is stuck in place, using any spells via click or keybind results in nothing happening. This has been an ongoing problem for me for over two years now, I purchased a new mesh router I had thought it had solved my problem, as usually it has been fine in casual play but as I am getting back into rated PVP I have noticed my issues re-occurring in both un-rated and rated battleground and arenas.
